I will not RE-DISTRIBUTE/RESELL Shorai Products under any circumstances whatsoever. ALL sales by Shorai Inc. dealers must be to End-Users Only.

I agree to notify all customers outside North America that all shipping charges for warranty replacement - both inbound and outbound – are the responsibility of the end-users outside the United States.

I understand the Standard discount terms for dealers is 36% off of MSRP.

I understand The Minimum Advertised Price shall be adhered to by all dealers purchasing products for resale from Shorai Inc. (Please see the attached schedule for relevant MAP Pricing.)

I understand Price Changes by Manufacturer: Shorai Inc. reserves the right to re-price merchandise and/or change discount levels on a quarterly, calendar basis. Price changes will be notified to dealers 30 days in advance of general public notification. All Payments are due on receipt of order.

It is the responsibility of the selling dealer to provide customers with the recommended (Standard or Duration) battery for their vehicle Year-Make-Model. Repeated failure to observe the recommendations will result in termination of dealer account.
