I agree to notify any customers from outside the Continental U.S. 48 States that warranty coverage will NOT available for their Shorai Battery purchase.

I agree to adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price , which is 10% below MSRP unless explicitly noted otherwise

I understand that Shorai may choose to change product pricing or discount levels at any time (although we generally don't). Pricing notification to dealers is 30 days in advance of general public.

The selling dealer to provide customers with the correct recommended (Standard or Duration) battery for their vehicle Year-Make-Model. Repeated failure to observe the recommendations will result in termination of dealer account.
