When its raining, it seems like it will never end. Then spring pops up and smacks you in the face. The ritual of prepping our bikes and getting ready to ride is just a part of spring. For most riders, the ritual comprises mainly of cleaning the bike, putting gas in the tank, and checking the air and firing up the bike and rolling out.
With my luck the gas in my bike has the consistency of maple syrup and smells like varnish. Anyone ever notice the smell of really bad gas just sticks to your nose and the smell just permeates everything? Once, I get in the carb apart (hopefully I wont loose anything this time), I will have to dig out those tiny brass brushes and clean out my jets. That’s my punishment for not draining the tank (again). At least, I won’t have to worry about my battery, since its a Shorai.
So, this is for the riders who may have discovered that their battery just wont cut it this spring, and a big THANK YOU to all the FANS and users of Shorai Batteries. Join the Shorai revolution!
